RIP OFF! QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT FAILS TO SEND PRODUCT! Vancove

In the beginning of august i ordered a product from rollies.com, within 48 hours they processed the payment, but i am still waiting for my product to come. this company and site are a rip off. I've tried calling and e-mailing and do now get an answer. This is a complete rip off, I advise anyone thinking of ordering from rollies.com to not do so.
