I purchased a home from pentian construction in the new val des brises area. Upon my purchase, I did notice a few minor issues. But I was surprised that one day, an owner from pentian construction came over and agreed regulate any issues. While we were in the basement, I pointed another issue and the contractor said he would fix it promptly.By the end of the month, all issues were resolved. I was really surprised by the actions of the company.
