Belleview Construction and Management has not paid most sub trades on the GeoTech project in Aurora, Ontario. Its partners refuse to pay citing they have no money, when in fact the owner of the property had paid them in excess and in trust for work completed on site. Its no coincidence that there are no liens placed by Parkland Electric, electrical contractor on the project, owned by a Belleview partner, Romolo Muia, who denies being a partner of Belleview Construction, claiming he is only a consultant-corporate records indicate otherwise. David Pascucci, partner, assures it is not his intention to not pay everyone, and he is working on a solution. It has only been three months since they owed me in excess of $120, 000.00 and I have yet to see a dollar. Do yourself a big favor, and STAY AWAY from these people. Supposedly they have a history, and unless you want to gamble with your hard earned money, go ahead and work for them or have them work for you. They appear to be masters at their game of shafting people out of their money. We as well as many others have had to lien the job and file a statement of claim through the courts.
