Ripoff&&&- wont fix my sofa & its covered under warranty ripoff consumer fraud

I have called this company to have a repair to my leather sofa. First they disbute that a "scratch/tear" isnt covered under my warranty then I am told its a scratch and only rips and tears are covered. Then when i ask to speak to someone else words are put in my mouth (my cats did it&> they are DECLAWED!!)

then i am told i cant make a claim because this claim is like the other claim i made 2 years ago that they never covered (was i seeing things when i watched the repair man?!) then i say well i want to speak to someone that can help me... CLICK!!

they hung up on me not once but twice. Then i leave a message for Debra Cameron (supervisor) and she never calls me back!! I pay for an extended 10yr warranty for THIS?!
