It all started Dec 14, 2000, my boydriend and i went to badboys furniture to purchass furniture for our new home. We wanted our furniture to arrive at our home in time for our family christmas party. When we purchassed our furniture we were told that it would be in our best interest to purchass a warranty package seeing as we had a small child and food stains were more then likly to happen.

The first problem we had with stainsafe was when a burn hole was accidently put in on of the cushions in our sofa. We called stainsafe the next morning after the incident to report it, the customer service rep that took the claim advised us that we would recieve a call from a tech within 48 hours. The call came and the tech came out to have a look at the sofa and told us he would replace the cushion in a couple of days... that was the last we heard from him. We then called back stainsafe and asked them what the problem was, they agreed the tech was at fault and they would have someone out at our home within the next couple of days to repair the sofa. It is now three years later and we still dont have a new sofa cover.

Our next problem came when my three year old son at the time spilt a bottle of root beer on the couch and it literally sprayed across my whole sofa. I called stainsafe to report the incident upon reporting they told me they would have someone out to the house to do a spot cleaning on the sofa. They sent out a cleaning company to my home and upon their arrival the technician was so rude to my mother and i we asked him to leave and i called stainsafe and asked them to come back out to my home with another company and ask them to do the cleaning of the furniture. It is now 2 years later and i am still waiting for the cleaning to be done on my sofa, they basically denied my claim stateing the damage was too much for a claim and my boyfriend and i were responsible for the cleaning cost of the sofa.

I am in an ongoing battle with Stainsafe, i wonder if it will ever end. My furniture is three years old and it is all falling apart and looking very old and ratty. When we bought the furniture we paid ten thousand dollars on out mastercard right there, we did not leave the furniture store owing any money to them, we paid three hundred dollars for a warrenty package and nothing has been fullfilled.

STAY AWAY FROM STAINSAFE AND ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO OFFER!
