Ripoff ripped off and scammed

I received a phone call saying this company was helping people with less than perfect credit correct their credit status. All you have to do is buy this cell phone for $199 and get free service after that. Then that qualified me for a Visa and MC for $2000 and $2500 credit limits. I would receive the cards 2 weeks after the money cleared my checking account. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and still no cards, but the money came out of my account even though I called and cancelled it and said I was not giving them permission to take the money out of my account. The phone #'s they gave me are as follows (416) 488-4664 which is supposidly customer service and I have left 7 messages at that #. The others are (416) 289-7848 and (416) 615-2451 both of which are disconnected!!! I am also contacting the better business bureau on this matter. Hopefully, with your help and theirs it will keep these rip offs from doing this to someone else. Thank you for your assistance concerning this matter. MarleneBarberton, Ohio
