Below is the email they sent confirming the payment and date:

That was the last we heard of them. They never sent out our emails and even when we contacted them, they never bothered to respond. We have contacted over 10 times but no response from them. They do not have a telephone number on their website to reach them and even though we submitted tickets several times, no one responded. Our campaigns were not sent and even when we requested for a refund, they still did not respond.

Then we took the case to Paypal and behold paypal told us that the seller responded to them and that unfortunately they cannot decide in our favour. This was ridiculous to hear from paypal. They are quite aware that activities of this company were suspicous and yet Paypal said they could not do anything.

Well the purpose of this email is to let anyone wishing to do business with Listmedia to be very careful. They are scammers. They never responded nor complete our transaction. Below was one of the emails we sent to them:

Hi Eric, We have noticed that our campaign received no click at all during this week. It is a clear sign that the campaign was not sent. Could you please check that the campaign was sent. If you are sending to over 36k as you said, there is no way a (solo) campaign to that amount of people will not receive even a single click. The campaign was supposed to go out on 11th and between that day and today, no click was registered with your campaign. Could you please let us know what is happening?

Thanks

Jeffrey
