Fraudulent misrepresentation

I wish i had seen all references to the scams this company has pulled BEFORE i ordered DVDs. Their webpage is completely believable. They are fraudelently misrepresenting what they supply as i too got pirated copies when i ordered a "boxed set" for my handicapped sister's birthday. When i contacted them through a phone number provided courtesy of Visa, i was treated in an unbelievably obnoxious manner: called a liar, called stupid, and treated badly. I was however told i would receive 1/2 value of the DVDs within 10 business days. I had also emailed the company. Took 9 days to get an answer... but i did get one. I responded on August 8, 2009, but have heard nothing further. I then had my husband phone as i wasn't prepared to deal with the person on the phone - first phone call he agreed we were due a refund (of only 1/2 remember!) and that i would be processed in 2 - 3 days. We waited seven business days. My husband called again today only to be called a nut case, abused verbally, all because he wanted to know when we would get our money.

This company is making money fraudulently. I don't know how to stop them as it is hard to locate them. But i am going to try to spread the word as far as i can. However, finding this site and finding others have been taken by this same company gives me little hope. All they need is a few suckers a day and they are rolling in money... and are obviously well hidden. I wish i had seen the complaints BEFORE i ordered. This is my first and last foray into ordering online, that is for sure.
