Wont replace guitar hero disk Port Coquitlam

Well as alot of people know that activision shiped guitar hero 3 with out stero or didital doby sound.. and i was like fine they going to replace the disk.. its been 3 months it took them 18 days to send me the pactage to send it to them and then took another 29 days to get my disk and now its been 16 days and still not disk now.. i cant play the game with out the disk and it says please allow 15 days for shiping.. frist time i call them and ask why its takeing so long they say o its just canada post takeing long.. and i said then why dont you ship through a better company then.. Frist excuse for the packageing was there was a mistake printing it ok fine.. it happen but it still shouldnt take that long to send it.. and when they sent it was after i called them after it took a long time. then i check the stats and its says it was mailed on the 25 of march and please allow 15 days for delivery its been 16 already.. and they say befor they can send a replacement it has to be 30 days late.. so that 30 days then another 15 days for delivery.. thats a joke.. im never geting a replacement disk and i cant ask for packageing to get a refund as they have my disk on them so im screwed and they just give me the run around..
