Poor product and customer service

I purchased two dvd box sets from this company and recieved both, but one of the disks was bad so i called and told them. they sent me a replacement disk which was also bad. i called again and was told in a not so nice way that shouldn't happen, but they will send me another disk. i waited and no disk. i called again they said they would ship it out again. this happened three times. on the fourth phone call i asked when i would be getting my disk the man asked if i had gotten it and i said no. he then called me a liar because i signed for the first replacement disk in feburary (the one i got that did not work). i tried to explain to him that was not the disk i was talking about and he repeatedly called me a liar, a retard, told me to get therapy and wanted to know how i functioned in everyday life. then he asked to speak to the adult in the house. if i can get a physical address i can file a complaint with the BBB, but all i have is a phone number 778-282-8099.
