I urge you to issue a formal complaint to the Canadian and International authorities for any company in those countries that have allegedly committed fraud. It is free and quite simple to do. You will need to register for an account, then are walked through a process. At the end, you are given a case number and a copy of your complaint. It is then sent to several, cooperating agencies.
