Sometimes webhosts don't know they are hosting obvious frauds like the romanian fake escrow shipper or nigerian fake bank that has caused such big losses ($millions$) for internet users. This hosts says they know and they won't do anything till they get a court order. I don't know where this court is but suspect it is in the Land of OZ and presided over by a great wizard. But let the host speak for themselves:
