EasyBuy 2000
Returned items with RMA and have not received refund although promised Ripoff

Purchased some computer parts via credit check card from EasyBuy2000 with a 30 day money back return policy if not satisfied. Could not install parts so requested a return authorization one day after delivered to me. Was finally given after numerous emails a return authorization.

Sent back products, paying 57 dollars for return via Fed Ex. EasyBuy 2000 employee signed off on return with Fed Ex. Promised me credit via email within 3 to 5 business days via email with a request to contact them if I do not see a credit on my account in that time frame. That was 3 weeks ago. Have not received credit and have sent numerous emails with no response.
