Do not stand behind their products

Bought at Masons furniture store in cloverdale surrey BC a month or so ago... We complained to the store about a mark on the top of the chair the leather seems to have been damaged, the piping which should go over the frame is offset, which we think has caused the damage to the edge of the chair... The store informs us that if a technician comes out it will cost us $65.00, otherwise my husband should bring it in to the store, he has asthma so that is impossible for us to do... We have a sectional on order which should arrive this month we are now dubious about accepting it if lazy boy does not stand behind there product.
