No responds, no rebates on food rebate

I also did not receive a rebate for the gorceries like they promise . They were supposed to send me $25, - each month on $100, - grocery purchase . I installed gutter filter and was promised I would get food rebates . I sent in that $ 19, 50 that they asked.
