The company offered rebates on the purchase of Norton Internet Security and Norton Antispam. I submitted everything they requested. I checked the "very fine print" on the rebate coupon several times to make sure nothing was missing but the rebates have been declared invalid anyway. I understand there are many more people in the same situation. This is a totally unacceptable rip-off and it amounts to fraud. I would not have bought the products they offered at the prices they wanted without the rebates.
