I submitted a rebate and it was denied because they said my bar code is missing but on the pdf documents they supply of my form I can clearly see it on my form. It is the correct number as requested. I sent them an email but had no reply to date.except asking me to resubmit with the correct bar code which I do not have because I already submitted it. I will not deal with this company again.
