I have had problems from the day the unit was installed. (My plumber said I would hate it and he was soooo right) What a joke to call it the "quiet series" when it sounds like a rocket launch from start to finish. Dishes mostly come out more dirty than when they were put in... a salt looking deposit left behind. The racks are rusting out and the door latch broke. It is less than 5 years old and I will need to replace as nothing is on warranty. Outside of the mentioned problems, you want to know that the rubber surrounding the tub detiorates and overtime you could end up with a flood, according to the plumber.
