Last Dec i did an inqiury on getting a phone because of issues i was having with my previos cell provider they got my creditcard # and all my info just to get info that same night i phoned them to make sure there was no charge or anything that come back on to my card they assured me it was fine and i got a cancellation confermation # from them. A week later i check my creditcard balance and Rogers had charged me $250.00 for a phone that apperantly i signed up for and was presently on it's way to my house by courior.
I phoned Rogers and demanded my money back and to take there service and shove rite where the sun don't shine again they assured me it would be corrected and my money would be ruturned back to my card but only when the phone is returned to them I had to wait 2 more days before the phone arrived and refused the del by the courior and had to wait another 10 days before my money was back on my card.
two weeks later i get a bill in the mail from rogers for my first month and a hook up fee for a phone i do not have again i was on the phone with Rogers and had to wait days for that to get corrected two weeks go by and i recieve a bill for $800.00 from Rogers for cancellation fees again for a phone i do not have So again i was on the phone with Rogers trying to get this mess corrected all this time my creditcard is being charged and at the same time they over drew my cards limit and took my Xmas money away from my Grand Kids.
To this day i have never received an appolagy from Rogers or there head office in writing or a phone call. If Rogers ever thinks they will get my business they have another thing coming. We had 22 Rogers phone in our fleet of trucks but since this incident we have gone to a diff provider.
