Complete RIPOFFS.... they send broken merchandise... do not accept returns... and charge for delivery that you don't get the service you paid for!

I ordered a cellphone from cellular-blowout.com ordered next day service $60.00 got it in a weeks time and when the cell arrived it was broken.

I spent $25.00 sending it back they refused the phone...left several messages and they are not calling back either.
