I ordered the openmoko neo freerunner phone from koolu koolu.com on there web site they don't mention how defective the cellular phone hardware is, that they sell. I asked for a refund after delivery and they gave me an RMA to return it and tell me there is a $75 restocking fee even though they don't mention it in there shipping and return policy. Then I return it via UPS Standard to Canada for $18.50 and they refused it, making me lose even more on there faulty and defective, badly designed so called cellular phone.
