SENT ME COPIED VERSION OF DVD

When I received the item in question (DVD) I was disappointed at the very bad quality of said item. It had just been ripped from a VHS tape and the quality was appalling.

My Credit Card company were advised by VISA that I had had dealings with the company and avised me to scrap my Credit Card and sent me a new Credit Card.
