I ordered a while ago from the company called " MyHealthWealth&Happiness" the item called: " the 3 Gold Winner's Cards" for the amount of CAN$36.90. This amount was debited from my credit card but, and according to Bethea Jenner 's claim of full refund/ no question asked (within a certain period of time), I changed my mind and sent 2 letters to the above mentionned company to get full refund and to get my credit card credited.
Since then, I got no response whatsoever.
I still have the cards and want to send them back asap but do not want to take such a chance since this company seems to ignore its customers' s requests. If I sent them, they would most likely be lost/stolen and I would not have any chance to claim my money back.
Could you please help me with this dilemna??
I would appreciate a speedy answer.
