Non-delivery of products, 4 months of excuses, Claims to have shipped, but no proof

Asked Mr. Kayser per phone conversation at beginning of September about delivery times of 4 pieces of matched custom made 300B vacuum tubess. He said a new batch of tubes would be finished and ready for shipping by the end of September.

Starting in October I called Mr. Kayser every two weeks and was asked to be patient and call back. Finally at the end of Novemebr I got an email stating the tubes have shipped on Nov. 27th and I would have them in the next few days. Nothing was recieved and Mr. Kayser could not provide an Airbill number or any proof this shipment was ever made.

Just before the christmas holidays, I asked to put a trace on the package and was promised to know the outcome by January 7, as he was on Christmas vacation until that day. I never heard back from Mr. Kayser and requested a full refund or proof of shipment.

I filed a complaint with www.ic3.org, which is a FBI division about internet fraud. I also have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
To date I have received no response from Mr. Kayser.
