I want to make as many people aware as possible not to deal with TIMECELL ENTERPRISES located in montreal.
I met this guy Serge Benzrihem on 3 different occassions who works from home. I bought 2 bluetooths from him. I repeatedly asked if I can return them if I wasn't happy, of course the answer was always yes of course, don't worry about it.
It turns out that I wanted to return one of them that my friend wasn't happy with. I made a few calls to him and I realized right away I was getting the run around. Excuses like i'm not in town today, i'm in a meeting, can't meet you until next week.
Finally he told me I will not be getting my money back. exchange only. I asked why he lied and he said he never did, he never gives money back. He also informed he's a business man and I don't know who i'm dealing with.
After a heated argument he told me to go f-myself and hung up. People like him should definitely not be in business. I wouldn't be surprised if I over paid and bought a used bluetooth.
