After having trouble sleeping I saw the Monetl Healthmaster Infomercial and was very impressed by the quality they showed and all of the benefits. I called and yes the order taker tried to sell me everything you could imagine. At the end of it all I got the 1200 watt unit. Good thing for the 60 day money back guarantee. After 30 days I have lubricant from the Bearing on the Pitcher bottom leaking. I called to ask how I return the unit for a refund, if you get an error message when calling it means they are closed, call again and keep notes. The lady asked if I would keep the unit if I took a discount. I stated that If they gave me a 100% discount I would keep the unit. I am pleased to say that the refund was processed on my credit card 3 days later and I am now the owner of a great looking boat anchor... lesson learned, don't believe what you see on TV, research first. Had I seen the reviews that are all over the internet I would have saved a bundle of time. The good news is my family is missing their smoothies so now I can justify a Vita Mix...
