Order took a long time and was of poor quality when received. Toronto
My order took quite sometime to receive, when I got my order (it was a box set of 18 DVD's) the quality was poor, sound was not very good, some of the DVD's didn't play at all. I sent the company an e-mail asking them to replace the defective DVD's, they said they would and they would be sent promptly, after 10 days and no replacements or an e-mail from them I asked for info on how to return my purchase, they offered me a discount instead and I was affraid to mail them back (at my expense) and chance not getting anything, I took the discount and washed my hands of them and lesson learned. The sales staff was not very friendly either.
