Thedvdplanet.org, I ordered a dvd "collectors" collection of the smurfs and recieved a horriable t.v. recording with half of the commercials. Some of the recordings I couldn't see the other half were in a foreign language I did not speak

I ordered a DVD "collectors" collection of the smurfs. What I recieved was horrible. First half the cartoons were not visible because of the horrible recording off the television and the last half were in a foreign language that I do not speak. When I tried to contact the company they would not respond to my e-mails. Then I returned the collection the next day and did not hear anything back from them. The collection cost me 75$ and I never recieved a refund. Stay away from these people they definitely are rip off artists!
