I received the same type of letter, and a check for $6250.00.

The check was drawn on the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association Main Office San Francisco California. Check #20678 Dated September 05/2007.

Company name on the check is JACOBS MALCOM & DURTT Wholesale Fruit & Produce PO Box 885464 San Francisco, CA 94188-5464. No phone number on the check. Signed in ink by Howard J Pehan (?) numbers at the bottom of the check are as follows: 020678 121000358 00331 06045

Names on the letter to call are Debra Wilson or Eric Williams at the phone number 647-722-0027 ext 1. They want $4200.00 for insurance payment per the letter. I can't cash the check until I call and get the security code on the check released.

I plan to call on monday the 17th and telling them that I do not have a bank account to deposit the check into and that I will be taking this check to the Bank of America Main Office in San Francisco personaly to get the funds released. If they give me any problems with doing this I will tell them that I am taking the letter and check into the district attorneys office to file fraud charges, theft, mail fraud, what ever it takes to put the fear of "GOD" into these people! They sent me a check with my name on it for $6250.00 in prize money, I want what I won! Lets see how they like them apples!
