I signed up as I was assured that I would be protected from higher rates and would enjoy lower rates this is not so our hydro has sky rocketed and to get out of this contract I have to pay a large sum of money the gentleman at the door was so convincing that we would not pay higher rates that were sure to come. This company has conned thoudsands of innocence people I think the government should step in and help us to get out of this deceiving companies contracts.
