This company is a SCAM if I ever saw one. We had a high pressure fear mongering sales person come to our door 4 years ago and pressured my wife into signing a 5 year contract. The company has never confirmed the contract meaning it should not be in effect 40 days past the high pressure sales event. They activated it anyway and I've been paying 25% more for electricity for the past 4 years than without this scam. I have called multiple times to get this cleaned up and they keep insisting on charging me an exit fee. Essessially they are screwing people out of money by charging a premium on the current rates and scaring people into thinking they will pay more later if they stayed with the local company. IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT sign with this company.
