This 'energy' company calls it's operation "direct marketing" but true to form it's looking for the most vulnerable segment of society such as the elderly and unknowing and exploits them. I have been on their tail for over one year now and have interacted with many people scammed by their deceptive quick-hired-much promissed uneducated GOON sales force.
The scam is first 'scaring' people into signing for bulk five [5] year term for power which always ends up costing much more than their current utility provider and when it's finally too much to pay they add on a hefty cancellation fee.
They have already had many run-ins with regulatory authorities but continue to operate since they sub-contract their goon-sales force.
