Have received no response to phone messages or emails

I saw the ad on tv for aqua globes and made the order. First of the company did not provide me with a confirmation number upon me purchasing the product (automated system). They charged my Visa card. Since then repeated attempts at contacting the company via phone or email have failed with no response.
