I purchased an infrared sauna from great (rip-off) saunas in February 2007. My daughter, who is fighting against cancer, was advised by her doctor to take infrared sauna treatments to clean out the toxins in her body. The spa arrived, was installed professionally, and did not work.
I have been lied to and misled with broken promises by ROSEANNE BROWN for 18 months now. This company will not stand behind their product! Please, if you are a media type, help me to get the word out. Save the rest of the consumers from being taken advantage of by this unscrupulous company. This should make for a great investigative report or human interest story.
