Ordered 2 sets of JLU actions figures - 1 set arrived and 1 didn't. Apparently from all I've read, I'm lucky one arrived.
HOWEVER - one set was missing. Attempted to contact to find out where the item is but received no response to e-mail. Order placed 4/12/05 but no missing item received, no response to e-mail and credit card charged $26.95. Had planned on ordering from again until found out what POOR company it is.
I've worked in Customer Service for 25 years and have found the prime example of POOR customer service in this company. NO ONE responds to repeated attempts at contacting, NO ATTEMPT is made to correct a COMPANY ERROR, and they TAKE YOUR MONEY and ignore you.
BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT order from this company. Do not learn the hard way as I and countless others apparantly have. NEVER trust a company that doesn't have a customer service phone number readily available. If I was fooled after 25 years of Cust Svc - so will a lot of other innocent consumers.
