Ordered flooring, was given one date of deliver and was promised tracking info for carrier. Did not receive, so I contacted the company - was told "Oh i shipped that yesterday I'll get you tracking info asap" Did not answer any more emails or calls after that - never received tracking info - threatened to dispute the charge - received one final email with some story about mixing up my shipping with another customer - never returned another email or call after that - never received my flooring. I disputed the item with my credit card company and order from someone else - my project has been delayed 1 full month now! I expect this guy (Sam Tortumlu is his name) to end up in court some day. Avoid this company at all costs.
