Blackstar Roofing Ltd repaired my parents home, replacing all shingles and 3/8 plywood in may of 2003. The invoice states a 10 year workmanship gaurentee. Over the past 6 months we've had a water leak from the roof which falls in between the walls of two bedrooms that are side by side. It can be heard dripping when it rains. There has already been a build up of mold and cracking occuring to the hardwood floors. We have contacted the company and made specific mention to the owner Mauritzio that we need repair. We have not received any response. We have called at least 12 times leaving messages with the secritary and on the voic mail. The most upsetting thing is that they took advantage of my father, a 70 year old retired Italian immigrant. His english is poor but his heart is gold. These fools took him for a ride. What can I do???
