Tom Gille President Of Huron Hardwood Floors
Fraudelent company took my money and delivered no wood
I ordered flooring from Huron Hardwood 5 months ago. After many months of waiting, Tom Gille(president of Huron Hardwood) told me the wood was ready to ship so I needed to send my payment immediately. Tom Gille told me he did not except credit Cards so I would need to wire the money. I wired $5757.15 and called Huron Hardwood to find out when I would receive my wood flooring. Tom told me he didn't know when the wood would be picked up, to call back. When I called again a few days later, Tom told me the trim wasn't ready and it wouldn't be shipped. (Still no date for shipment) Tom then asked me for my social security number stating he needed it for customs. When I called again a few days later to ask the status of my floor, Tom(Huron Hardwood) told me he would just refund my money because "he has other people who need this wood", because I told him I was upset about all the delays. He even went on to say that "$5757 is not a lot of money". I am still waiting for my refund. I have called and emailed asking when I should expect my refund, with no response from anyone at Huron Hardwood. I would suggest anyone considering hardwood flooring to steer clear of Huron Hardwood.
