This company that offered savings, competitive rates and price protection insurance, not only has hidden fees forced upon us, they have have renewed a contract for our Hydro - without a signature and permission! We recently moved within our city and were told upon signing that would end the contract with them. Not only did they fraudulently obtain our new account number from Brantford Power, they continued the contract! Most certainly we were put on hold for a great length of time at which point the call was disconnected from their end. What more can be expected from a company built on "fear mongering" funded by profiteering in times of tragedy?
