Hacking my account

I am receiving "FROM" my 2 e-mail accounts (Gmail & Hotmail) "TO" my e-mail Gmail & Hotmail addresses! So it's coming from me to me and when opened each one comes up as Canadian Health Care & Mall. A online company selling pharmaceuticals. I do not know what to do? They have nothing showing how to contact them but a physical address in Canada. I'm in the US. Are they in my accounts? Are they stealing from me? Please help... I don't know what to do or who to turn to!
