I lost control of my car on a slippery road. the Ohio state patrol officer davis called for the car to be towed (we have AAA). BEFORE the towing people even came over to the car we were sitting in they had the car loaded on the tow truck. then the tow truck kid came to get the AAA card and where to take the car. then he said that there might be a winching fee, took the AAA card back to "his boss" in the wrecker, back to us saying he just got another call and sorry about the inconvenance but my car was going with him and someone would call in alittle while and let us know when my was going to be where it was supposed to be. they called back got there and changed us $150.00 before we could have the car or they were going to take it to their place of business. The fee was a winching fee for pulling the car about 20 feet back onto the road which we could have drove the car to. The side of the car was smashed but stll running.
