Before I begin and tell you my experience with Prestige Collision in Terrebonne, Quebec, J6X 4J2. I advise anyone that is thinking of doing business with this organization to avoid them and stay as far away from them as possible.
In November 2009 I purchased a car from Prestige Collision over the phone based on pictures from their Web site. I received the car on December 23, 2009 with no paperwork (registration, ownership, bill of sale etc… nothing) and that’s when my problems started. I had to chase down my associated documentation and before you know it they had all these little hidden extra charges for associated items I never agreed on which they charged on my credit card. They even gave my credit card number to another company they deal with (Cobra Auto Parts) which charged my card for over $500.00 for parts they claim they supplied Prestige for my car. If I know one thing that’s illegal and a fraudulent activity. To this day January 11, 2010 I have still not received the documentation (ownerships, registration etc…). At this point I have no option but to protect my interest by contacting a lawyer to sue Prestige Collision and its associates including Cobra Auto Parts. A word of warning to anyone considering doing business with Prestige Collision in Terrebonne, Quebec BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID.
