First Capital Consumers debit money on 5-8-02 never received anything from them $219 deceptive company Toronto

On 5/8/02 First capitol promised me 2 credit cards for $219.They took the money from my account on that day, I have called at least 1 time daily sents for 51/2 months. I never get any answers, just lies.

They told me to send a bank statement I have done that twice, the bank faxed them for me, I have asked to talk to a suppervisor i get, there in a meeting or out to lunch or on break or left for the day, if i leave a message they will call back (have left 200 messages no return calls) The supvisor is joy Brown if she is a real person. I have never recieved nothing from them not even a call. I also fax them a letter on 9/23/02 there has been no answer.

I am told my refund is on it's way that has been 5 1/2 months now, they keep telling me it's being processed, it's on it's way, one more week, 7 days, 2 weeks, .I am a single parent i don't have money to give away, this has also cost me in phone calls before i got the 800# .I would love to see this company put out of business, fined, and the people they have ripoff get there money plus more for all the crap. Please help me get my money! The Bank that sent the faxes is pavilionbank # 585-345-1480
