I received a call from First Capital saying that I was approved for a card. Since I had just been applying for credit cards I assumed that it was one of those companies. I accepted their offer to pay $199 to them as a one time fee since I had previously paid providian 50 to process my other card. They said that I would receive the card in two-three weeks. I didn't I received a package offering me other things that I didn't need. I called and they said to send in the letter that was inside the package. I did and still received nothing.
Three and a half months later I have been talked to rudely and hung up on at least a dozen times by the same woman. When ever I ask to speak to a supervisor I am given the runaround saying that they are on break or on the phone when asked could I get the name of the Customer Service Rep. that I was speaking to I heard a dial tone. I have reported them to many places now and will not stop until this does not happen to someone else. I would like to have my money back but I have basically took this as lesson learned.
