Ripoff in Northern California

Hello, I just found out that I am a new victim with this scam. I was contact last week by a "Vanessa Brown" at First Capital Consumers Group. Although I had many questions, she seemed to answer them all reassuring me that it was indeed a real credit card. I even told her that I couldn't give her an answer until I consulted with my wife. Vanessa said she totally understood that that she would be more than willing to call me back. She called me back the next day after all seemed to be well. Upon phone transaction completion, I received a call about 45minutes later from someone claiming to be a "verifier". I confirmed it all. Since initial call, I have not recieved anything and was growing concerned to this date. I have started to attempt phone calls as of Monday, 7/15 in the morning and continually left messages. Tried many times today as well - All with no success. Now being totally skeptical, I checked my bank account online and noticed the debit. I called the bank to start processing a "DISPUTE" on this issue. The bank is the one who told me about First Capital Consumers group which then prompted me to do an Internet Search.
