I just got a phone call from them saying that cheques that I sent to them for the 20th, aren't there so they're moving ahead with collection. A Mr. Wong was rude and as much as called me a liar and delusional and repeated it when I asked for clarification to make sure I was hearing right. I told him that I would wait until after the 20th to make sure that the cheque didn't get cashed and that wasn't enough for him. He also hung up on me twice and i wasn't rude at all. From what I'm hearing, I'm in for a fun ride with this company. Doubt this helps, but I would like to know how the person recorded their phone call with them. I'd like to have a record. Just like the settlement that he offered me that conveniently isn't there anymore...
