James Morrison ran a website called refertoearn.net that made a promise of not making millions of dollars but several thousand in return for a nominal fee. The concept behind this was when so many people joined after you you would get a certain amount per person.
I joined in 2002 and started to email Mr Morrison mid 2003 on several questions I had, finally after finding out who and where the person that owned the website did I address a personal email too (Feb 2004) did i get a reply that the company known as PAYPAL had suspended his account thus forcing him to shut down the site. The Interesting twist is that Mr. Morrison started the website in July 2002 and it was only good until july 2004, Hmmmm., coincedance I think no.
My suggestion is check who owns the website before joining and if he owns it DO NOT do business with this man.
