This vendor will be out of business soon. If you must do or our involved in business for he time being keep this man on a very tight leash and dismiss him as soon as possible, . He is untrustworthy and unsavory character. My wife is so upset they were going to go after his daughter for a fraud he committed and money he owes. He hides behind her. How is he doing any business. Anyhow One way to get your money is contact his daughter.
