To whom it my concern

I am putting a complaint in about one of your employees, his name is Samwer Qadir. He has been harassing me and threatening me with my loan and mortgage. I told him that i can make a $100.00 payment once a week towards this bill. He then refused my offer and told me to go to the bank and stop paying my CIBC loan and change it to pay my HBC loan. Samwer was very rude and unprofessional the way he had presented his idea to settle this debt. He had told me to stop making excuses and belittled me as if he knew what my circumstances were. He had also stated that my other bills were not his problem. Samwer seemed to know all my personal information and what other bill I have to pay, this is a breach of confidential information. He should not be advising me on my other bills and payments. Samwer did not had any permission to advise me or to look at what other payment i have to make.
