Lost (I suspect it was stolen by their employee (s)) a $ 1, 500 article.

No communication, no compensation, and mis-information from their "call centre" (not in Canada).

Twice told me it was covered then back-tracked.

Stay away form this company... they take your money and don't give a shit about your loss.
